To save costs,  WPC/PVC foam board are manufactured with over 60% or even 80% calcium powder, and much wood powder. Also manufacture suppliers use the recycled PVC.  Therefore, it has much lower costs than our product.

02. Diferentes aplicaciones.

WPC/PVC foam board are mainly applied for the fields which don't has strict requirements for strength/nails-hold powder, such as adverting, wall panels, decorations, etc.

But it isn't strong enough for construction formworks.

03. Diferentes prestaciones de los productos.

Compared with PVC formwork, WPC/PVC foam board has lower strength/hardness/nail-holding powder/flexibility. 

It is not a formwork material. Don't be misleaded.

04. Diferentes máquinas y procesos de fabricación.

It is impossible to manufacture qualified PVC formwork by the WPC/PVC foam board machine: can't get qualified surface crust, density, and strength.

So, if a supplier manufactures these both products on the same machine, then there is no doubt that: their PVC formwork isunqualified. Every field has its master.
