What is PVC formwork?
PVC formwork develops under the worldwide trend of "replacing wood with plastic", so as to protect the forest resources. The traditional plywood formwork can only be reused for 2-8 times, which is a huge waste of forest.
Cofrado de PVC is a new type of plastic formwork to substitute plywood/wood formworks. Recent years, it is being well-known by more and more countries.
It has same sizes and applications with plywood formwork, but much better performances. The popular dimensions of PVC formwork is 1220x2440x12/15/18mm.
It can be reused for ≥ 50 times, and much more times in premium metal frames which provide good protection to formwork edges

The characteristics and advantages of JINGFANG® PVC formwork
1. Reusar 50+ veces, ahorrando mucho costo
JINGFANG® PVC formwork can be reused ≥50 times in plain wooden structures (left photo), and much more times in premium metal structures (right photo).
This means the lifespan of 1 piece of JINGFANG® PVC formwork equals to ≥ 5~10 pieces of plywood formwork.

JINGFANG® PVC formwork has the same sizes and applications as conventional plywood formwork, including for wall, slab, column, stairs, tunnel, bridge, etc.
